Sweet marjoram, chamomile, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, lavender, and a hint of patchouli. This is so relaxing of a blend you almost do not need to do the rest of your practice. Dab this oil on your wrist or put it in your diffuser. Whatever route you prefer, we hope you will give our favorite combo a try!
